AI Employee Workflow (“AEW”, “we”) runs aiemployeeworkflow.com, where you can hand tasks to an AI Employee. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we only collect what you send us or what we need to run the service, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, plus Google’s account ID so we can recognize you next time. We do not get your Google password, and we never post anything on your behalf.
- When you join the waiting list or claim a founding spot: the details you type in, such as your name, email, what you do, an optional phone number and the first task you’d hand off.
- When you give your AI Employee a task: the words of the task and any file you upload with it.
- Basic technical data: a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address so we can enforce the free daily task limit, and a random ID stored in your browser so your AI Employee can keep the thread of a conversation.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To run the tasks you ask for and send the finished work back to you.
- To reply to you about founding spots, the waiting list and your account.
- To protect the service from bots and abuse, including daily limits.
Who helps us run the service
We use a small number of providers that process data only to run AEW:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores sign-ups, tasks and sessions, and runs Turnstile, its check that you’re a person and not a bot.
- Google handles “Sign in with Google.”
- AI model providers process the text of your tasks so your AI Employee can do the work.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Cookies
When you sign in, we set one secure cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and a short-lived cookie during sign-in that protects it from tampering. Turnstile may use its own cookies to tell people from bots. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Files you upload with a task are deleted once the task finishes. Your account, sign-up details and task history are kept while you use AEW. Signing out ends your session right away.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing aew.workflow@gmail.com. You can also remove AEW’s access to your Google account from your Google Account settings under “Third-party apps & services.”
Payments
Card details are only asked for after the free period, through a secure payment provider. We don’t store card numbers ourselves.
Children
AEW is built for business owners and isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
